Art workshop for adults and seniors / integration and intergenerational programme: Silkscreen Print / to the Labyrinth: Wandering Within exhibition

This art workshop will introduce the well-established graphic technique of silkscreen printing which allows participants to create original prints on paper using a simple process with a screen frame and readily available art materials. We will explore the principles of this method and learn to work with stencils and inks.

Thematically, we will focus on motifs of the path, the labyrinth, paradise, wandering and the journey of life, expressed through maps and lines as images of seeking and direction. The art project combines experimental printing with spatial imagination. The art programme will be held in cooperation with Iva Grundová.

 

This programme is designed not only for adults and seniors, but also for their children and grandchildren as part of an intergenerational encounter. The workshops are also open to foreign visitors.
