St Cajetan Sculptural Group, Charles Bridge

The sculptural group of St Cajetan, finished in 1709 by the prominent Prague sculptor, Ferdinand Maximilian Brokoff, ranks among the most distinctive sculptures lining Charles Bridge. During reconstruction and restoration works currently under way, this unique artwork will receive the care needed for its survival in the punishing conditions of its exterior location. The thorough cleaning of this most attractively conceived sculptural group will permit a more distinct observation of its plethora of interesting sculptural details.
