Guided tour of the exhibition Ivan Meštrovic (1883–1962)/ Sculptor and Citizen of the World with Barbara Vujanović

We would like to invite you to a guided tour of the exhibition Ivan Meštrovic (1883–1962). Sculptor and Citizen of the World. It will take place on Thursday January 19 at 6 pm. Guide of this tour is Barbara Vujanović, one of the two co-curators of the exhibition.

Barbara is coming from Croatia specially for this guided tour.

Guided Tour of the Stone Bell House Focusing on the History of the Building

A tour focusing on the history of the Stone Bell House will explain the building’s superb Gothic architecture inspired by religious buildings, unique paintings from the early 14th century, references to the monarch and throne and European court  culture, historical context and contemporary perspective, reconstruction and restoration.

The tour also includes access to the normally inaccessible areas of the chapel, cellars and concert hall.

This will also be the final day of the exhibition.

Guided tour of the exhibition John Wehrheim: Paradise Lost will be held by a curator Adam Ligas.

Adam Ligas is a filmmaker, promoter and friend of John Wehrheim who has spent part of his life in Hawaii. He talks interestingly about Taylor Camp, but also about the current state of society in the Hawaiian Islands.

John Wehrheim: Paradise Lost – Guided tour with exhibition curators Adam Ligas and Martin Řezníček (cs)

Investigative documentary filmmaker, producer and FAMU teacher Martin Řezníček will guide visitors through the political situation at the height of the hippie movement. The overall picture will be completed by producer and promoter Adam Ligas, who spent a year on the Hawaiian island of Kauai and met John Wehrheim there.
