Summer Holiday Workshops at Eco-Studio

The GHMP Education Department is once again organising Summer Art Workshops in the Orangery Eco-Studio in the garden of Troja Château. The workshops will be held daily throughout July and August during the Château’s opening hours. Visitors will have the opportunity to try out a wide variety of art techniques and create works of art using interesting natural materials. Tactile activities will also be available for people with visual impairments – whether they are blind or partially sighted – as well as for sighted visitors. The event is intended not only for families with children but also for all other visitors. Participants are welcome to arrive and depart at any time during the designated period, according to their individual interests.

The Eco-Studio is situated in the orangery in the lower part of the Troja Château gardens by the South Gate.

The Education Department of Prague City Gallery in collaboration with the Integration Center Prague and the Division of National Minorities and Foreigners offer a program of Summer Art Workshops in Prague City Gallery’s Eco-Studio to foreign visitors. Creative educational activities with an ecological focus have a great potential for effective integration of foreigners through attractive creative methods and their own creative work based on the use of natural materials or on principles of recycling.
