Structures, Networks, Frameworks II: New Bionics and Eco-Sculptures / workshop with Ukrainian sculptor Ani Svami / as part of the Open Gardens Weekend

During the workshops, visitors will draw inspiration from the concept behind the exhibition Labyrinth: Wandering Within as well as from the works on display. They will be able to artistically interpret and explore the theme of the labyrinth from various perspectives – both in terms of content and form. Various wires, wicker, twigs and textile fibres will also be available for creating small objects: structures, nets and frameworks evoking communication, social and telecommunication networks, neurons and the nervous system, constellations of ideas, different perspectives, etc. As part of special workshops led by Ukrainian sculptor Ani Svami, that will be part of the Open Gardens Weekend, a collaborative sculpture in the form of these structures will also be created.
