The educational activities in the art workshops will include expressive, large-scale drawing and painting – individual and collective. During the workshops, we will work on a large-scale work in which everyone will record their individuality. We will try to document the work in all its different stages and create a time-lapse video of its evolution. We will also deal with themes such as energy and physicality. In addition, new media and applications will be involved in some of the workshops – for example, the use of a thermal imaging camera in connection with the rephrasing of some of the artist’s presented works. The artist’s experiments in the field of photography will also provide important stimuli for us. We will design, and possibly create, objects inspired by the artist’s original works (e.g. a backpack made of plants, etc.). In a special workshop that takes place directly with the artist, we will focus on graphic techniques and printing. We will be inspired by her wedding dress objects featuring fragments of texts. By using rubber stamps, embossing dies, letter stencils, and possibly also blueprint stamps, we will try to represent the impressions and traces that are related, among other things, to the expression of our identity – symbolically and figuratively – on chef aprons, which can be seen as an allusion to the questioning of some social conventions.
