OPEN CALL – GHMP Art Book Fair 2023
The Prague City Gallery announces an Open Call for participation in the GHMP Art Book Fair, a fair focusing on literature about art, not only for publishers and institutions, but also for individual creators and groups dedicated to the creation of author books and fanzines.
What is the GHMP Art Book Fair
The third annual sales fair focusing on literature about art. Over the course of two days, it will offer a platform for galleries, art schools, internet portals, magazines, publishing houses, authors, book and fanzine creators, collectors and above all book lovers. The fair will include a varied accompanying programme for both children and adults. Entrance for visitors is free throughout the fair.
The sales fair will take place in the premises of Troja Château on Saturday 16 September & Sunday 17 September 2023.
Who can sign up
— Main section
publishers, galleries, institutions, art schools and others who publish art books or books about art. There will be a space for them to present their activities and to participate in the accompanying programme.
— Section for authors of books and fanzines
individuals or groups involved in the creation of author’s books or fanzines. The only condition is that they must present only their own work. They can register for a reduced fee for both days of the sales event. There will be space for them to present their own work and the opportunity to participate in the accompanying programme.
The entry fee
for both days per vendor space (table 152×76 cm + two chairs) is:
Main section: CZK 1950 / half table CZK 980
Section for authors of books and fanzines: CZK 650
The deadline for registration is May 31, 2023.
